We will work together to clearly identify your home purchasing goals and establish a budget. In a market full of options, it is important these ideals are established up front in order to identify your dream property. 

Research

After the criteria for your dream property have been defined, I will set up an extensive home search to include your needs, wants, locations, price points, etc. Notifications of potential options will arrive at your doorstep (aka email) on the daily.

Execute

Next comes the fun part, showings! Together, we will review and create a list of homes to visit in person. Don’t worry, I make this a fun and enjoyable experience for you or your family! 

Not local to the Phoenix area? No problem. I specialize in using a variety of technologies to conduct virtual showings with clients. Additionally, when you are available to see in person, I develop schedules to maximize your time and show you the most listing that fit your criteria as possible. 

Offer & Negotiate

Found your dream home? Congrats! It is time to make an offer on “the one”! Before submitting a contract on your behalf, together we will review nearby comparable properties and ensure your offer is competitive, yet accurate given the location and market.

After the offer has been submitted, you can ensure clear and consistent communication about the negotiation process, counter offers and contingencies, creating a smooth transaction process.

Once under contract, there are a number of steps remaining before picking up the keys to your new home. I will continue to be with you every step of the way to guide and support the process for an easy closing.
