Meet Tess

Tess, a Midwest native, relocated to Arizona in 2018 and California in 2021. Owning properties on both sides of the Colorado River allows her to better support clients and share her love for the two states she calls home. After buying, selling and flipping numerous homes over the last decade, she made her passion her profession by helping others find their dream homes in the Southwest.

Tess specializes in relocation services while also supporting her local communities. After her own relocation across the country, she discovered a gap in the real estate industry to provide true relocation services, whether that be purchasing a primary or secondary residence, or for personal or professional reasons.

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Tess spent over 12 years in technology, sales, and business. Using her broad technical knowledge, she’s able to provide clients with one of a kind, best in class home search experiences, whether you’re already in California or Arizona, or across the country.

When she’s not on the hunt for her clients dream properties, you can find her exploring all that Arizona and California living has to offer. Tess enjoys interior design, the beach, hiking, wake surfing, camping, traveling and showing family and friends the best of both states.
